Judge DePauli was born and raised in Gallup NM. He obtained a business

degree from New Mexico State University and graduated from the

University of New Mexico Law School in 1987.

He started a private practice in 1989 with his Father, Louis Sr., who

retired in 1992, and Robert A. Aragon, that lasted until 2005.

Judge DePauli took the bench on October 1, 2006 and handles civil,

criminal and domestic cases.
